Step forward with one foot, lowering your hips until both knees are bent at 90 degrees. Alternate legs for three sets of 10 reps.

5. Jumping Jacks

Start standing, jump up while spreading your legs and arms, then return to standing. Do this for a minute for a great cardio workout.
