The specialties of Huangshan in Anhui include Keemun black tea, Santan loquat, Huangshan Maofeng, Huangshan tribute chrysanthemum, Wucheng dried tea, Huangshan white tea, Huizhou sesame cake, Huangshan kiwi, Wan'an compass, Xiuning usnea tea, Wucheng rice wine, Wenzhengshan bamboo shoots, and Qimen black fungus.

Keemun Black Tea

Keemun black tea is my country’s traditional Kung Fu black tea and has been produced for hundreds of years. The history of Qimen Black Tea is produced in Qimen County, Huangshan City. The good quality of Qimen Black Tea is inseparable from its growing environment. Qimen is located at the southern end of Anhui Province, with an average altitude of about 600 meters. The temperature difference between morning and evening is large, and the sunshine time is short, resulting in the special aroma of "Qimen Black Tea".

Santan loquat

Santan loquat is an excellent variety of loquats in my country. It is produced in the three villages of Zhangtan, Miantan and Tuntan, so it is named "Santan". Santan loquat is characterized by thin skin, thick flesh, sweet fragrance and sweet juice, and rich nutrition. Currently, there are more than 20 varieties of "Santan loquat", the most famous ones are "Dahongpao" and "Glorious Flower". Eating fresh loquat has the effects of quenching thirst, promoting body fluids, benefiting the lungs and strengthening the stomach.

Huangshan Maofeng

Huangshan Maofeng is one of the top ten famous teas in China. It is a green tea and is also called Anhui tea. It has a history of hundreds of years. Huangshan Maofeng selects the fat and tender buds of high-breed tea trees and stir-fries them by hand. The tea leaves are slightly curled in shape, resembling a bird's tongue, green in the middle and yellowish, with silver hair exposed. After brewing, the tea has a clear blue color, yellow-green leaf bottoms, mellow taste, orchid-like aroma, and a mellow taste.

Huangshan Gongju

Huangshan Gongju is also called "Huizhou Gongju", and is one of the four famous chrysanthemums in China along with Hangju, Chuju and Boju. Huangshan tribute chrysanthemum is mainly produced in Lantian, Nantang and other places in Xiuning County. It has excellent quality, good color, aroma, taste and shape, and is known as a good product in China for medicinal and beverage purposes. Huangshan Gongju has the effects of dispersing wind and heat, nourishing the liver and improving eyesight, cooling and detoxifying.
