The white dotted line separates lanes traveling in the same direction, and operations such as crossing the line and changing lanes are allowed, while the white solid line allows driving across the line.

Approaching the obstacle markings mainly reminds you that there are obstacles on the road ahead.

Solid yellow lines are used to distinguish lanes in different directions. Roads with many lanes have double yellow lines, and roads with few lanes have single yellow lines. The yellow dotted line is to distinguish lanes in different directions. Both single and double yellow dotted lines can be crossed to overtake or make a U-turn.

Dotted and solid lines mainly appear on ramps and before and after bridges. Vehicles on the side of the dotted line are allowed to temporarily cross the line to overtake or turn around, while vehicles on the side of the solid line are not allowed to cross the line.

Deceleration markings usually appear on exit ramps and toll plazas. The forms include single dotted line, double dotted line and triple dotted line, which are set perpendicular to the driving direction.

Vertical deceleration markings are to remind drivers to pay attention and proactively take deceleration measures. Stop lines are horizontal lines set in front of zebra crossings at intersections.

When the stop signal light comes on, the vehicle must stop behind the line. If you see a yellow mesh striped line on the road, it generally means that vehicles are prohibited from staying here. At traffic intersections with many lanes and complex road conditions, left-turn waiting area dotted lines are often set up. Bus-only lane markings are markings specially set for buses, and general vehicles cannot cross them casually.
