Recipe for curry hairy crabs:

1. Clean 2 hairy crabs, then remove the lids of the crabs, remove the gills, heart and stomach, add white wine, white pepper and a little salt, stir evenly.

2. Cut half an onion into thin strips, cut 2 shallots into sections, cut 1 piece of ginger into slices, and cut red pepper into shreds.

3. Cut the crab in half and dip it in flour.

Tips:

The curry cubes will taste better if they are stronger.

Hairy crabs are best wrapped in low-gluten flour.
